What is a PolyCard?
A PolyCard is a valid student, faculty or staff Campus ID card properly encoded with identifying information to allow the cardholder to use or access specific services on campus.

How do I add value to my PolyCard?
To add value to your PolyCard you need to open a Campus Express Club account. You may call 756-5939 if you have a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. You may also go to any conveniently located Campus Express Club deposit station, or visit Customer Service at the Light House Atrium (Building 19). What if I don't have a PolyCard (Campus ID)?

Can I have more than one card?
No. For security reasons, we can not allow you to have more than one card. Someone (possibly not associated with the university) could use your PolyCard to use the different services on and off campus unlawfully.

What if my PolyCard (Campus ID) is lost or stolen?
You should report a lost or stolen PolyCard immediately by calling 756-5939 or 756-2614. Your card will be deactivated immediately. Until you call to deactivate your account, you will be responsible for the charges. See Replacing a Lost/ Stolen PolyCard for information on obtaining a replacement PolyCard.

What if my PolyCard is bent/broken/demagnetized?
Come to the Customer Service office and we will issue you a new card free of charge. You must bring in your damaged card or we will consider it a lost/stolen card and you well be charged accordingly.

What if someone unauthorized uses my card?
Call 756-5939 or 756-2614 to report the incident.

What if I find someone's PolyCard?
You should return lost cards to Customer Service at the Light House Atrium (Building 19).

When swiping my PolyCard, is personal data transmitted through the campus network in a secure manner?
Yes. The data is encrypted. No account balance is transmitted.
